we are

The Residence Collection is part of the Q19 Group, a group of dynamic businesses that are changing the perception of the UK fenestration market. Based in Gloucestershire and extruded in Wiltshire, Residence 9 was born in 2011, designing the original timber alternative window. A window specifically designed to aesthetically replicate the documented historical window designs from the 19th Century period.

After the success of Residence 9; Residence 7 and Residence2 followed in 2016, creating The Residence Collection – a suite of thermally and acoustically superior crafted window and door systems, featuring the latest security, maintenance, and performance innovations, whilst still appearing traditional.

As a company we are putting sustainability at the forefront of our business, our head office has achieved a zero-landfill mark. All our company vehicles are electric or hybrid as we are working towards our target of becoming carbon neutral.

Perfect Windows &Doors

In 3 Steps

Step 01

Your Residence Collection Journey Begins

Your Residence Collection journey begins in the mind of a designer, and that designer is us The Residence Collection. We have designed the window profile taking into consideration thermal, acoustic, security and strength performance. We then extrude the window profile in 6 metre lengths ready for window fabricators to purchase.

Step 02

The Fabricator

The fabricator will then make your windows according to your specifications, they are craftsman, and every Residence Collection window is made bespoke.

In order to make your windows, the fabricator will order all the components for your window from different suppliers. So we will send them the window profile, they will purchase the glass, locks, hinges and other hardware from their own network of suppliers. Once they have all the components, they make your Residence Collection windows and doors.

Step 03

The Installer

Once completed the fabricator will ship your windows and doors to your chosen installer, or direct to your builder/developer that is working on your project, and they will then arrange for your beautiful windows and doors to be installer in your project.
