The Residence

Collection

We specialise in flush sash! We designed the original upvc flush sash; Residence 9 back in 2011.

In 2016, we launched The Residence Collection, which incorporates both our R7 and R²; flush window and door system.

All three systems look identical from the outside, with a perfectly flush exterior. However, the inside aesthetic and frame depth is how they differ:

Residence 7 is 75mm front to back and is fully flush inside.
Residence 9 is 100mm front to back and is decorative inside around the from and the transom mullion.
Residence² is 100mm from to back and has a square edge around the frame

The traditional one

Residence 9

Residence 9 has been engineered to meet current and anticipated future standards. Other window frames typically offer 3 or 5 chambers and are usually 70mm wide, R9 has 9 chambers and is 100mm wide, resulting in superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performances.
