The Residence Collection, has completed a Warwickshire housing development with over 60 Residence 7 windows in the No.38 Grey colourway both internal and external.

The project, located on Grange Farm Close in Grandborough, included The Residence Collection through a collaboration with developer, PPH Management Ltd, and fabricator, Stedek Windows and Doors Ltd. Together, they incorporated Residence 7 windows onto nine new build homes in their No.38 Grey colourway. Manufactured using a mitre weld, over 60 new windows were added to complete the housing development.

The selection of Residence 7 windows was driven by both aesthetic and efficiency considerations. With a flush external and internal profile, these windows offer maintenance-free finishes and a variety of styles, meaning versatility without complication.

Beyond their appealing design features, the R7 windows excel not only visually but also in their efficiency properties, boasting A+ energy ratings and achieving a u-value of 1.2W/m2K as standard. This collection is also available in 23 different colourways.

Stephen Kelly at PPH Management Ltd said: “The Residence 7 windows flawlessly enhanced the visual appeal of the property whilst contributing remarkable durability and energy efficiency.

“We take immense pride in our team’s involvement in this project, ensuring the seamless integration of each window to perfection. We’re thrilled to be part of this project with The Residence Collection windows alongside fabricator Stedek Windows and Doors.”
