Muscombe View, Conservation Area

Muscombe View is based on the banks of the River Trent, a Conservation Area in Newark, Nottinghamshire. This commercial project was undertaken on behalf Nottingham Council Housing Association.
The initial brief required timber windows, Residence 7 was suggested by one of our fabricators, HS Trade, and approved by the council. As well as ticking all the boxes aesthetically with its superior performance, Residence 7 being virtually maintenance free won Council officials over as being the perfect timber alternative for the project.
Classic style French style casement windows replaced the old wooden windows, with some bespoke circular and angled shaped windows too.
NCHA were so impressed with the final result that HS Trade have secured a contact with the Council to fit Residence Collection as windows of choice for all ongoing renovation projects where possible.
