Park Farm Court, Conservation Area

Alvescot is a charming and pretty Cotswold village set in beautiful countryside, just six miles from Burford yet within each reach of Oxford.

Park Farm Court comprises six stunning properties that feature 105 brand new, luxury timber alterative windows. The Residence Collection windows were chosen for the superior quality, aesthetics and low maintenance that they offer. Sitting in a Conservation Area certain restrictions by the local council added extra limitations, so it was key to ensure the replacement of windows kept to the heritage look within the area and natural stone buildings. Georgian bars were also applied to keep in tune with the historic detailing. A special colour was requested for the windows by Oxfordshire Council.
